Directions:
- Cut a opening in the top of the pumpkin as if you are making a jack-o-lantern.
- Remove the seeds and innards of the pumpkin, then chop in 3-4 inch squares.
- Score the skin of pumpkin and rub with olive oil.
- Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Place on the grill on indirect heat. Let it cook for 30-45 minutes.
