Ingredients:
- Onion
- Chipotle Tabasco sauce
- Top sirloin steak
- Olive oil
- Montreal steak rub.
- Cut the onion into 1/2 inch slices and skewer.
- Rub onion with olive oil and chipotle tabasco sauce.
- Place on charcoal over direct. Do about 2-3 minutes a side on the onions. Move them to the side if they start to burn.
- Rub the steak with the Montreal steak rub. Use as much as you desire.
- Place on grill over direct heat. About 2-4 minutes a side.
- Pull off and enjoy.
Cooked perfectly.
